Spending time with executive teams and founders, I noticed that leaders often invest far less in their own profiles than in the job titles they hold or the companies they're building. I was no different. My external channels barely captured my updates or my point of view, and there was no clear strategy leading me towards my ambitions.
So I adapted the techniques I use with blue chip brands, scale-ups and SMEs, and reinterpreted them for the person rather than the organisation. That became Crest, the executive brand studio of TheOnly.
